Job Description

Position Type:
Permanent | Full-time | Monday to Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or Thursday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

- Unload trucks according to established procedures (B.O.L.)

- Ensure accuracy of incoming shipments in terms of products, temperatures, and weights, and handle return procedures when required

- Scan products upon receipt or shipment and complete the appropriate documentation

- Transfer pallets between production and the warehouse to ensure proper supply flow

- Monitor product date rotation for finished goods and raw materials

- Collaborate with the Quality department to verify received products and respond quickly to any quality issues

- Wrap and move pallets to the appropriate locations

- Work closely with the transportation team to ensure orders are prepared and shipped on time

- Maintain required inventory levels

- Operate vacuum machines

- Maintain cleanliness and organization by performing regular housekeeping tasks (sweeping, organizing pallets, waste management, etc.)





- Replace general laborers and case erector operators (CBO – Case Box Operator) as needed

- Refill glue tanks for the case erector machine

- Follow health and safety policies and procedures (OHS) and food safety and sanitation standards

Main Responsibilities

- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role

- Experience operating forklifts (various types)

- Good knowledge of Cyberveg and EXA systems (an asset)

- Ability to work standing in a refrigerated workplace (3°C)

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

- Detail-oriented and thorough

- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

- Good stress tolerance

- Ability to adapt to change

- Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations
