Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing various mobile devices and computers, including experience with both hardware and software issues. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that all repairs meet our high-quality standards.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, across multiple operating systems such as Android and iOS.
- Troubleshoot software issues on macOS and Windows systems, providing effective solutions to restore functionality.
- Utilize hand tools and schematics to perform hardware repairs on computers and mobile devices.
- Conduct thorough analysis of device malfunctions to determine the root cause of issues.
- Assist customers with retail sales of accessories and related products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools,



and repair techniques to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in repairing mobile devices and computers with a strong understanding of operating systems (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows).
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the customer service aspect of the role.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
