Our Downtown Vancouver real estate client is seeking an experience analyst to join the team for a 2-year contract.

**Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $90,000 + benefits**

This role will play a critical part in delivering strategic and financial insights to support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced workplace, has strong analytical and modeling skills, and brings a collaborative mindset to cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key contributor in the preparation of strategic and financial insights, including annual budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.* Take primary ownership of Assets Under Management (AUM) reporting and other periodic Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.

- Maintain and enhance complex financial models to support ongoing business needs.




- Manage and analyze large datasets from various internal sources to uncover insights and support business strategy.
- Assist with research, quantitative analysis, and the creation of communication materials for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional teams including transactions, asset management, and property operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Designated CPA, CFA, and/or MBA strongly preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or a similar environment
- Experience in FP&A; or exposure to the financial services or real estate sector is an asset
- Advanced Excel skills required; ability to build dynamic financial models strongly preferred
- Experience with Power Query is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
