JR's is hiring a Dispatcher to manage day-to-day operations across our school bus, daycare, and charter divisions. If you're organized, calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-moving environment — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Manage incoming inquiries and coordinate services across school, daycare, and charter divisions
- Schedule drivers and units based on calendar, route requirements, and availability.
- Monitor and track bus conditions, CVIPs, and maintenance schedules.
- Communicate professionally with schools, daycares, parents, and charter clients.
- Manage last-minute changes, coverage, and on-road issues.
- First point of contact for delays, incidents, and emergencies.

What We're Looking For

- Previous dispatch or transportation coordination experience.
- Knowledge of City and surrounding areas.




- Familiarity with Alberta transportation regulations and CVIP requirements
- Robust computer skills; experience with dispatch or routing software is an asset
- Professional communicator — calm, clear, and solution-focused under pressure
- Flexible availability including occasional evenings and weekends
- Experience with vulnerable populations (students, children) is an asset
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
