An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our team at Essential Health Natural Wellness Clinic, and we're looking for someone truly exceptional.

This is much more than a reception position. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a positive environment, and wants to be part of helping patients transform their health. The right person will become an key part of our clinic family.

We're looking for someone who is:

✨ A robust communicator who enjoys connecting with people
✨ Computer-savvy and confident learning new systems
✨ Familiar with Jane, QuickBooks, and Shopify (or willing to become proficient quickly)
✨ Wellness-minded and passionate about healthy living
✨ Positive, upbeat, and able to help create a joyful workplace—we work hard, laugh often, and believe great energy matters. No negativity or bad moods here!

Experience in a medical, wellness, or customer service setting is considered an asset.

Hours Required:

- Tuesday:



11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
