GOGU Foods Inc. is a growing frozen food manufacturer looking for a hands-on Production Lead Hand to join our team on a long-term, full time basis. This is not a desk-based management role — you'll be on the production floor every day, working alongside your team while leading them to hit daily targets, uphold food safety standards, and support quality and inventory control.

Responsibilities

- Actively participate in daily production activities while leading the team
- Lead, support, and train production employees to meet daily targets
- Work hands-on in food preparation, assembly, packaging, and other production tasks
- Organize daily workflow and assign tasks based on production needs
- Monitor production speed, efficiency, and product quality
- Ensure the team follows food safety, sanitation, and production procedures
- Complete and maintain SQF, HACCP, and traceability documentation




- Perform inventory checks and monitor ingredient and packaging levels
- Assist with ingredient ordering and inventory management
- Identify production issues and communicate solutions to management
- Support continuous improvement of production processes

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Lead Hand, Team Lead, or Production Lead role
- Previous experience in food manufacturing required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate employees
- Comfortable working in a frozen food environment, including regular entry into freezers
- Good hand speed and ability to keep pace in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety procedures
- Experience with SQF, HACCP, QA documentation, and traceability records
- Looking for a candidate seeking long-term, stable employment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
