Johnny’s on Oak is looking for a reliable, organized team member to prepare our fresh pizza dough and assist with kitchen prep.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in consistency, and has great attention to detail.

Only individuals who have experience with making dough should apply.

Responsibilities

● Mix pizza dough ingredients following our recipes.

● Portion and weigh dough accurately.

● Roll dough into dough balls.

● Allow dough to proof and transfer into pizza pans.

● Maintain a clean and organized work area.

● Complete additional kitchen prep while dough is rising, including food preparation and other assigned tasks.

● Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Schedule

● Approximately 3–4 hours per shift.

● Every other day 8am-1pm.

● Opportunity for additional hours by assisting with kitchen prep.





We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

● Reliable and punctual.

● Able to work independently.

● Detail-oriented and consistent.

● Able to lift up to 50 lb.

● Previous kitchen or bakery experience is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
