We are currently looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team due to high patient demand and an existing waitlist for massage therapy services.

Position Summary:

The Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is responsible for providing high-quality massage therapy treatments focused on patient care, rehabilitation, pain management, and overall wellness. The RMT will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment to support patient treatment plans and promote positive health outcomes.

This position offers immediate patient volume, strong internal referrals, fully equipped treatment rooms, and administrative support for scheduling and billing.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Treatment

- Assess patient conditions and develop individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments in accordance with CMTO standards and the scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations,



home care, and wellness strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

Collaboration & Clinic Support

- Collaborate with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare practitioners to support patient care plans.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and patient-focused clinical setting.
- Support a welcoming and inclusive experience for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner.

Scheduling & Availability

- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Support clinic scheduling needs and additional hours as patient caseload grows.

Professional Qualifications:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and a patient-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
- Ability to provide patient-centred care in a culturally diverse environment.
- Experience in a clinical or multidisciplinary setting is considered an asset.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
