Job Information

Pay: $25-40+/hour (performance-based)

Schedule: 4-Day Workweek (Monday-Thursday)

Location: Whistler, BC

What You'll Do

Junior Painter:

- Surface prep (sanding, scraping, caulking, priming)
- Painting (brush, roller, sprayer)
- Maintain a clean job site & follow safety rules
- Communicate with the team & clients

Crew Lead (Additional Duties):

- Lead & coordinate a small crew
- Ensure quality work & efficiency
- Communicate with management

What We Look For

Positive, hardworking, and reliable
Physically fit (on your feet, ladder work, lifting)
Strong attention to detail & team player
Smartphone required (communication & scheduling)
No experience needed! (but painting/trade skills are a plus)
