- Accurately handle cash and foreign currency transactions, ensuring precise cash management and cashiering procedures.
- Educate clients about available foreign exchange products and upsell to enhance their experience.
- Verify customer identification and adhere to all security and compliance protocols during transactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to currency rates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the teller station and uphold customer service standards.

Requirements





- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or financial services environments.
- Strong cash handling skills with meticulous attention to detail in cash management and cashiering procedures.
- Excellent math skills for accurate currency calculations and transaction processing.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse customers about foreign exchange options.
- Prior experience in cash management or cashier roles is preferred but not required.
