Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher and Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment while assisting in food preparation and cooking. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food service, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Prior restaurant or hotel experience is a plus, along with strong skills in food handling and kitchen operations.

Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including counters, sinks, and cooking areas
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support the kitchen staff during busy service periods by managing dishwashing and prep tasks efficiently
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Help with general cleaning duties in the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in serving guests when required, providing friendly and skilled service





Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques are advantageous
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed
- Prior experience with food service or hospitality roles is considered a plus but not mandatory
