Job Summary:

This position is responsible for ensuring readiness of hardware each day as well as maintaining and documenting hardware inventory while receiving and coordinating incoming deliveries of various materials.

Responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to:

· Able to read and interpret blueprints / hardware drawings

· Able to install cast in hardware as per specifications shown on blueprints

· Utilize strong organizational and problem-solving skills to give direction effectively and efficiently on yard operations

· Maintain yard housekeeping daily, organize weekly hardware requirements per job

· Operate various heavy equipment

· Sort parts, big and small, for finished goods

· Participates in the material management, storage strategy development and implementation

· Provides necessary hardware and equipment information to the Facility Managers in a timely manner when requested

· Support the development and implementation of an efficient method to assure supplies and equipment is always available and in their designated locations

· Utilize robust organizational and problem-solving skills to give direction effectively and efficiently on yard operations

· Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation, processing, distribution,



and retention of all necessary records utilizing excel/Smart-Sheets

· Comply with safe work procedures and practices

· Deliver a high level of productivity

· Receiving and signing for incoming deliveries

· Organized and capable of keeping organized records and packing slips

· Majority of work is outdoors both in winter and summer months

Job Requirements:

· Must have a valid G Class drivers license and clean drivers abstract

· Ability to read blueprints is a MUST

· Self-starter person, when given clear directions and goals.

· At least 1-2 years proven experience in stock keeping and planning

· Team oriented with high organization skills

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
