Labourer Requirements

- Valid G Class driver's licence with reliable transportation
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working at heights
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Experience in siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, windows, or exterior renovations is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Lead Hand Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior renovations
- Experience with siding, soffit, fascia,



eavestrough, windows and doors
- Valid G Class driver's licence with reliable transportation
- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read plans and work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to train and mentor crew members

Preferred (for both positions)

- Working at Heights certification (asset)
- Experience operating ladders and scaffolding
- Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime when required
