Job Description: ServiceNow Integration Specialist

1. Role Summary
The Integration Specialist will design, build and support integrations required for the Flexera to ServiceNow migration and ongoing ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB ecosystem. The role will focus on IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, import sets, transform maps, MID Server, ETL, authentication, error handling and monitoring across Flexera and enterprise source systems.
2. Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement integrations between Flexera, ServiceNow and related enterprise systems supporting ITAM, SAM, HAM and CMDB processes.
- Build and configure REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub spokes/actions, scripted REST APIs, import sets and transform maps.
- Configure MID Server-based integrations and troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, scheduling, data load and transformation issues.
- Partner with CMDB, SAM, HAM and business teams to define integration mappings, frequency, controls, error handling and reconciliation requirements.
- Support integrations with SCCM, Intune, Jamf, cloud platforms, procurement tools, asset repositories and other enterprise data sources as applicable.
- Develop integration monitoring, exception handling, logging, defect resolution and production support procedures.
- Prepare integration design documents, API specifications, data mappings, test evidence and handover documentation.
- 3. Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on ServiceNow integration experience using IntegrationHub, REST API, SOAP API, scripted REST APIs, import sets and transform maps.
- Experience with MID Server configuration, secure connectivity, scheduling, credentials, authentication and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of JSON, XML, JavaScript, Glide APIs, ETL concepts and integration design patterns.
- Experience supporting CMDB, ITAM, SAM or HAM data integrations and migration activities.
- Ability to design robust error handling,



data validation, retry mechanisms, monitoring and support documentation.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

9. Key Competencies

- Experience integrating Flexera with ServiceNow or migrating Flexera data into ServiceNow.
- Experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Azure, AWS or other discovery/endpoint/cloud data sources.
- Experience working in regulated environments with security, audit and access control requirements.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow IntegrationHub Micro-Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Cloud or API integration certifications
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience is mandatory.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation, configuration, migration, integration, testing, documentation, deployment and hypercare support is required.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments is required.
- Experience in Flexera to ServiceNow migration is highly preferred.
- Experience working in banking, financial services or large enterprise transformation programs is preferred.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with business, technology and vendor stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a structured Agile/Scrum delivery model with sprint planning, defect triage and release coordination.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to data quality, traceability, governance and audit-readiness.
- Ability to support documentation, knowledge transfer, UAT, production deployment and post-deployment hypercare.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments, preferably banking, financial services or regulated industries.

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour
