We specialize in wall protection systems, hygienic wall cladding, crash rails, handrails, corner guards, door protection, cubicle curtain systems, entrance matting and other Division 10 specialty products.

We are looking for an experienced commercial estimator who wants to become a key member of our growing team.

About the Position

This is not an entry-level estimating position. We are looking for someone who can contribute immediately with minimal training.

We are seeking an experienced commercial construction estimator capable of independently managing multiple tenders from start to finish.

The successful candidate must be comfortable estimating large commercial and institutional projects involving multiple floors, numerous product categories and thousands of individual components while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

- Review architectural drawings, specifications and addenda.
- Perform accurate digital quantity takeoffs.
- Prepare detailed quotations for General Contractors and Construction Managers.
- Estimate multiple Division 10 product categories within a single project.
- Accurately quantify all products, trims, accessories, fasteners,



adhesives and miscellaneous components.
- Review specifications to ensure complete project scope.
- Coordinate supplier and manufacturer pricing.
- Maintain organized estimating files and documentation.
- Manage multiple tenders while meeting strict bid deadlines.
- Identify additional bidding opportunities within each drawing package.
- Identify supply-only opportunities where appropriate.

Qualifications

Applicants should have experience estimating commercial construction projects involving Division 10 products, architectural specialties, interior specialties, doors & hardware, wall protection systems or similar commercial construction scopes.

The successful candidate should have skilled experience using estimating software such as:

- PlanSwift (Preferred)
- ZZTakeoff (Preferred)
- On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
- Bluebeam Revu
- Equivalent professional estimating software

Applicants must also demonstrate the ability to:

- Read architectural drawings and specifications independently.
- Estimate large multi-floor commercial and institutional projects.
- Manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Produce highly accurate quantity takeoffs.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.

Healthcare construction experience is considered an asset but is not required.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Owner and Project Management team and will play an important role in expanding our estimating capabilities into additional Division 10 product categories and supply-only opportunities.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
