What You'll Do:

· Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services to your clients, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful growth and healing.

· Innovate & Collaborate: Work alongside a growing dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and participating in professional activities that strengthen our practice and our community.

· Grow & Thrive: Contribute to the development of community-based programs serving the Quinte population, and benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities.

· Manage case files diligently, ensuring accurate documentation of progress notes, treatment goals, and interventions.

What We're Looking For:

· Licensed Therapist: Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or equivalent in good standing with your Ontario regulatory college





· Dual Specialty: You bring depth in couples work alongside a second area of clinical focus — whether that is families, children, adolescents, individual adults, trauma, or another specialty you have cultivated. We welcome the full range of what you bring to the table.

· Trauma-Informed Practice: Training in EFT, EMDR, IFS and/or other evidence-based modalities is a strong asset

· Commitment to Community: A genuine interest in being part of something bigger — contributing to the development of community-based programming for the Hastings region

· Collaborative Spirit: You work independently but thrive when connected to a team; open, honest, and a true team player

· Technology Knowledge: Comfortable with Google Suite and practice management software (training provided)

Helpful, But Not Required

· Training in other trauma or attachment focused modalities

· Interest/training in nervous system and polyvagal informed approaches
