Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team at Ramada Niagara Falls/Fallsview. The ideal candidates will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleanliness and service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and guest-ready
- Clean, disinfect, and polish bathrooms, kitchens, fixtures, and appliances
- Distribute and replenish clean towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies
- Stock and maintain linen closets and housekeeping carts
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings, draperies, and upholstered furniture as required
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks according to hotel standards
- Empty trash containers, pick up debris, and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas
- Report and handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns
- Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Adhere to daily cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently and on time
- Greet guests in a friendly, respectful,



and professional manner when encountered
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to strong communication and teamwork within the housekeeping department
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures consistently
- Reliable transportation is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
