Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to identify potential issues early.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques, ensuring quick resolution.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to disassemble, repair, or replace faulty components.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.




- Collaborate with team members to prioritize repair tasks and ensure minimal downtime.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to create a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment, ensuring proper setup and calibration for optimal operation.

Experience

- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role involving machinery repair and maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems and components.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., as well as power tools like drills, grinders, or impact wrenches.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
