Job Title: Order Desk

Location: 3603 Millar Ave Unit 12, Saskatoon, SK S7P 0B2

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8AM-4:30PM)

Job Summary: An Order Desk Associate at Prosol is responsible for supporting daily operations by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring productive processes, and contributing to a well-organized and productive work environment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to completing a variety of tasks that support both customer satisfaction and team success.

Order Desk:

- Key/process customer orders received via phone, email, fax or in person, providing customer follow up as required to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
- Actively participate and engage in on-going product knowledge training sessions
- Ensure accurate billing and balance the daily transactions
- Ordering replenishment product as required
- Various clerical tasks
- Maintain merchandising and stock shelves
- General housekeeping
- Pick/fill orders as required
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Fluent English.
- Min 1 year customer service
- Ability to lift 70lbs.
