Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pizza Maker specializing in hand stretching dough to craft delicious, high-quality pizzas. Duties

- Prepare pizza dough by hand stretching, ensuring consistent thickness and quality for each piizza.
- Assemble pizzas with fresh ingredients, following established recipes and portioning guidelines
- Operate packaging equipment to prepare finished products for delivery or storage
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ingredient replenishment
- Use mechanical tools and equipment safely to support food processing tasks




- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment operation

Skills

- Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Experience in Hand Stretch Pizza making (At least 1 year) preferred
- Ability to perform basic math for portioning and inventory tasks accurately
- Knowledge of packaging processes relevant to food products
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus for handling supplies efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness in a fast-paced setting
