The Senior Manager, Supported Housing & Partnerships is responsible for overseeing the Birchmount Green
Supported Housing program and Fred Victor's supported housing and head lease portfolio within the Bridging
Housing & Community Stabilization department.

The role provides leadership in tenancy management, housing stability, landlord engagement, housing partnerships,
and portfolio development to support the delivery of high-quality housing and support services for individuals and
families experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with tenants, landlords, housing providers, community agencies,
and funders to strengthen housing pathways, support housing retention, and identify opportunities to expand
access to safe, affordable, and supportive housing.

Birchmount Green is a 220-unit affordable and supportive housing community developed with the City of Toronto
and CMHC. Fred Victor provides housing and support services to specific families and individuals referred through
Toronto's Coordinated Access system.

What You Will Do:

- Lead the supported housing and head lease portfolio, including tenancy management, housing stability,

community development, and building safety.
- Provide leadership, supervision, coaching,



and performance management to a multidisciplinary team while

fostering staff development and service excellence.
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with landlords, housing providers, funders, community agencies,

and municipal partners to expand access to affordable and supportive housing.
- Lead operational planning, policy development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives that support

high-quality, client-centred services.
- Oversee program quality, data integrity, performance monitoring, and funder reporting to ensure

compliance with organizational and funding requirements.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and financial accountability for supported housing programs and

housing portfolios.
- Represent Fred Victor at sector tables, community partnerships, and collaborative initiatives, promoting

innovation and collaboration across the housing and homelessness sector.
- Support the growth of Fred Victor's supported housing and head lease portfolio by identifying current

partnership and housing opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned by the Associate Director and Director.

What You Bring to the Team:

- Master's degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related

field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supportive housing, housing stabilization, homelessness services, tenancy

management, or related housing programs.
- Experience developing partnerships with landlords, housing providers, community agencies, and funders.

- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience supervising staff, preferably in a unionized environment.

- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, mental health concerns,

substance use challenges, and complex support needs.
- Experience managing supportive housing, tenancy management, or housing stabilization programs.

- Experience building partnerships with landlords, housing providers, community agencies, and funders.

- Knowledge of relevant housing and tenancy legislation and best practices.

Working Conditions & Schedule:

- Work at a designated office location that may be within a residential setting.

- Travel within the city of Toronto as necessary

- Schedule subject to change but currently anticipated as Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

- Flexible schedule with the ability to participate in the rotational after-hours on-call manager schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

- For the Senior Manager, Supported Housing & Partnerships, Fred Victor offers a salary range of $80,164.50 to

$100,191.00 per year
- 4 weeks of vacation to start + 1 float day.

- 6.5 % of your gross salary will be contributed to a group RRSP on your behalf after successful completion of

probation; you will contribute 4% of your gross salary to the same RRSP.
