- Lead dynamic Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper form and technique
- Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing modifications to accommodate individual needs
- Monitor participants during sessions to ensure safety and correct execution of movements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio setting
- Communicate effectively with clients, offering encouragement and personalized feedback
- Manage class schedules efficiently, balancing time management with high-quality instruction
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that motivates clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
Skills
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience teaching Pilates and an understanding of the Pilates Method and principles
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple classes and client needs effectively

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
