Under the supervision of the Controller, the successful candidate will support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed.

YOUR BIG RESPONSABILITIES

- Performs other duties as assigned to be deemed in the best interest of the organization

- - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
- Assist with payroll and month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate filing systems and financial documentation




- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS - QUALIFICATIONS AND ASSETS - TECHNICAL KNOLEDGE AND GENERIC SKILLS

- -
Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or a related field
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
