On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) - Job Description:
The project is focused on FX Modernization, a flagship program within Capital Markets IT, ongoing for about 2 years. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into design specifications for development.
Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) - Responsibilities:
- Work on design specifications and translate product requirements into designs
- Conduct user research sessions to understand needs and workflows
- Collaborate with product owners in brainstorming sessions
- Develop concepts using AI tools
- Manage the handover and support of designs to engineering and product development teams
- Present designs and communicate work to team members and stakeholders
Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) - Mandatory Skills:
- Undergraduate Degree
- 3+ years of product design experience with a track record of shipping transactional experiences
- Technical proficiency in Figma
- Mobile native design experience (iOS/Android)
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- A willingness to experiment with AI tools
Product Owner, Mobile Native Design (Figma) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Degree in HCI/UX/Graphic design
- Experience in capital markets, trading platforms, or financial services
