Looking for a Customer Sales and Service - Part Time Job Description

Qualifications

· Strong communication skills. Must be able to effectively determine the customer’s needs through proper questioning and conversation, uncovering those needs and transitioning to closing the sale, both in person and on the telephone.

· Direct, retail sales or customer service experience required.

· Valid Class 5 Full driver's license required.

· Must be available to work a flexible schedule to accommodate various office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.

· Typing and basic computer skills.

· Experience using Windows OS and Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Positive attitude and a pleasant disposition.

· Detail-orientated with excellent time management skills.

· Handle confidential information with integrity.

· Project to the public StorageVille’s brand and philosophy through courteous and skilled actions and in assisting customers with their storage needs, at all times.

Operations & Administration:

- Must handle sales transactions including cash, card, and bank debits.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Input proper computer records of all transactions.




- Ensure all incidents were recorded on incident reports, and reviewed.
- Be able to work independently and seek out assistance as required.

· Must be able to perform light office cleaning duties.

· Other Duties as assigned.

Additional Information

· Paid training provided.

· Physical demands that are required include mobility (walking, standing, bending, etc.) and some manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.).

Must be available to work; 123 Reenders Drive and 830 Waverley Street
