Sr. Trainer

Start Date: 08/03/2026

End Date: 07/31/2027

The expectation will be for the resource to work onsite from the office 5 days a Week

Location: Edmonton, AB.

Duties:

Lead enterprise-wide training initiatives by defining role-based training strategies, scope, delivery approach (instructor-led, virtual, blended, self-paced), and success measures aligned to business outcomes.

Skills:

- Demonstrated knowledge of training needs analyses and competency development frameworks.
- Experience developing and teaching training materials, including developing computer based training modules/training videos.
- Experience with a variety of learning/training concepts and principles, including knowledge of adult learning techniques.
- Advanced level proficiency with MS Office Tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other related training software. For example, need to work with templates and create current templates.
- Experience developing computer-based training videos using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline or equivalent.
- Experience with Digital Adoption Tools (e.g., WalkMe) for creating in-application guidance and support.
- Working knowledge of SAP applications is an asset.
