FACET Dermatology is looking for a Cosmetic Administrator to help keep our cosmetic floor running smoothly. You'll work closely with our providers, support patients throughout their experience, and make sure every day stays on track in our fast-paced, fun, and growing clinic.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Think of yourself as the glue that holds the cosmetic floor together.

On any given day, you might be:

- Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for.
- Coordinating consultations, treatments, and provider schedules.
- Answering questions and helping patients navigate their treatment plans.
- Keeping the day running smoothly by staying one step ahead of both patients and providers.
- Managing bookings, payments, and treatment documentation.
- Supporting our reception and clinical teams when things get busy.
- Helping with skincare inventory, product orders, and the occasional clinic event.
- Finding solutions, troubleshooting problems, and generally making everyone's day easier.

- Has experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or a cosmetic clinic (preferred).

- Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a team.
