Why join Peak Comfort?
This isn't a private equity slop company, using scare tactics and pushing sales and insane timelines at all costs.
We’re a customer-first, growth-minded shop. Expect solid perks, performance bonuses, real mentorship, paid training, and clear paths to move up. We do clean, code-true installs, strong service work, and take pride in the finished project.

We’re hiring for a blended residential HVAC role for someone who can contribute on both the service and installation side. We're hiring for an experienced tech with 2+ years, who can lead on jobs.

- Professionally deal with HVAC equipment per manufacturer specs and local codes (ie. reading the manual, yay)
- Maintain a tidy, safe worksite and use required PPE at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients, coordinators, and teammates to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Utilize a well organized CRM system, and follow clearly laid out handbooks and systems.
- We take pride in setting you up for success,
making your job as smooth as possible, so that you can concentrate on being a top-end tradesperson
