Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating Trucks, with port,shippers/receivers and distribution, transportation management, procurement, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Logistics management systems tracking and locating containers, google mail/load boards, and data analysis skills to improve process efficiencies and support our company's growth. Duties

- ● Learn every aspect of the business
- ● Sell and close new and existing customers to move their freight
- ● Expertly negotiate rates between customers and carriers
- ● Responsible for coordination of shipments within North America
- ● Generating leads and converting accounts through existing business, cold calling and network
- activities
- ● Working together with shippers’ carriers and dispatchers to assist in preparing loads to develop
- and maintain schedules
- ● Develop and manage your specific region using your proven track record
- ● Build relationships with new customers through your exceptional communication skills
- ● Generate a contact base for carriers
- ● Manage new and existing corporate accounts
- ● Able to deal with dispatch of shipping and receiving
- ● Help the development of business through inside sales
- ● Date Entry




- ● Help with POD & Invoice collections along with AR collections
- ● Responsible for meeting gross profit margins
- ● Thrive in a quick-paced, multitasking environment
- ● Providing quotes and responding to RFPs and RFQs for a new or current client base
- ● Problem solver

Requirements

- Min 5 years Proven experience in trucking or Logistics, shipping & receiving, or materials management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, sourcing, freight management, and demand planning Ports and Warehouses
- Experience with warehouse management systems (Google Mail, Spreadsheets,Container tracking, ATTENTION TO DETAILS
- Data analysis skills for evaluating logistics performance metrics and identifying process improvements
- Familiarity with 3PL providers, freight negotiations, pricing strategies, and e-commerce logistics workflows
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
- Logistics experience preferred; knowledge of different trucks and weights to accomadate the job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
