Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties responsibly
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly




- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries

Experience

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous
- Experience in merchandising or product demonstrations can enhance your effectiveness in the role
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is beneficial but not mandatory
