Renaissance Physio & Wellness was founded on a simple purpose: help patients recover, restore, and thrive. We go beyond pain relief and injury rehab, correcting movement patterns and addressing the long-term effects of repetitive strain. In our first year, we've grown into a busy, well-established clinic in an affluent, high-traffic area of South Etobicoke, with private treatment space and a loyal, expanding patient base, including a caseload built through experience treating professional athletes (PGA Tour and tennis).

We're expanding our multidisciplinary team and looking for a motivated, patient-focused Registered Physiotherapist to join us.

Responsibilities





- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation per College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) standards
- Collaborate with other clinic providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

- Registered and in positive standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Genuine passion for rehabilitation, movement, and patient-centered care
- Experience with orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, or active populations is an asset

Arrangement

- Independent contractor arrangement with a competitive percentage split
