River East Minor Injury Clinic is seeking a reliable, adaptable, and patient-focused Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

- Welcome patients, manage check-ins, and register visits efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Manage phone lines, patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and incoming faxes.
- Maintain accurate patient charts and handle administrative tasks within the EMR.
- Support physicians and nursing staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and timely patient care.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, stock exam rooms, and handle sensitive health information with complete discretion.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Accuro EMR Experience: Required. Strong, hands-on experience navigating Accuro EMR.
- Availability: Must be fully available for evening and weekend shifts

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, support colleagues, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Education: Completion of a recognized Medical Office Assistant (MOA) diploma or equivalent clinic administrative experience.
- Privacy Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Manitoba’s Personal Health Information Act (PHIA).
- Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong multitasking abilities, and a compassionate, customer-service-oriented mindset.
