We are seeking a licensed Project Engineer (P.Eng) based anywhere in Canada to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion. In this role, you will actively generate new business opportunities, build and maintain strong professional networks, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders. You will manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating with clients, internal team members, and sub-consultants to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements

Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with clients, industry partners, and municipalities across Canada.

Represent the firm at networking events, stakeholder meetings, and industry functions to support national growth.

Lead engineering projects from initiation through to completion, including scoping, design, coordination, and close-out.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, responsive service, and alignment with project goals.





Coordinate work with internal engineering and planning teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions.

Manage sub-consultants, including defining scope, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring effective collaboration.

Prepare proposals, technical reports, and project documentation with accuracy and clarity.

Maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Ensure all work complies with professional engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable codes.

Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, identifying efficiencies, and supporting the firm’s expansion initiatives.

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in a Canadian province or territory, in good standing.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Valid Canadian driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation.

Demonstrated project management experience in engineering projects, with a focus on buildings or related built-workplace sectors.
