We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for serving food items and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing a friendly and professional guest experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
- Accurately manage bill transactions using various payment methods
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all beverage and menu selections, including promotional offers
- Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations when handling food and beverages
- Complete all opening, operating, and closing procedures as assigned
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
- Fulfill any additional duties as delegated by management
Job Qualifications:
- Smart Serve Certification (Required)
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain standing for extended periods
