Lead Generator – Costco/Rona Program | Nelson Water | Ottawa, ON

Nelson Water is a family-owned water treatment and bottled water company that has served the Ottawa Valley since 1985. We're looking for an outgoing, motivated Lead Generator to represent us inside Ottawa-area Costco and Rona stores as part of our Costco/Rona program.

What you'll do

- Engage shoppers at our in-store display, spark conversations, and introduce them to Nelson Water's water treatment solutions
- Generate qualified leads and book free in-home water test appointments
- Accurately enter every lead into our CRM system
- Represent Nelson Water and our retail partners with professionalism and energy
- Hit weekly lead and booking targets — and get paid for every one

How you're paid

- $21.00 per hour guaranteed base wage
- $25 commission for every appointment you book
- $75 commission every time one of your leads closes as a sale
- Average total earnings: $60,000–$80,000 per year — your hustle sets your ceiling

What we're looking for

- A friendly, confident communicator who is comfortable approaching shoppers and starting conversations




- Self-motivated and goal-driven — you like being paid for results
- Basic computer skills for CRM data entry
- Able to stand and stay active for the duration of your shift
- Reliable transportation to Ottawa-area Costco and Rona locations
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings (the stores' busiest hours)
- Sales, retail, promotions, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required — we'll train the right person
