About Us

Integrity Refrigeration and J&J; Refrigeration are established refrigeration companies serving commercial and industrial clients. We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to take ownership of our day-to-day accounting across both entities and keep our books accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

The Role

Reporting to ownership/management, you'll run the full-cycle bookkeeping for two related companies. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for both companies in QuickBooks, including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing and related remittances (source deductions, etc.)
- Prepare and file GST/HST and other statutory remittances
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for all transactions
- Produce monthly financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close
- Track job costing and expenses relevant to refrigeration service and project work
- Liaise with our external accountant at year-end




- Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records for both entities

Qualifications

- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
- Strong knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and GST/HST filings
- Solid understanding of Canadian bookkeeping and payroll practices
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage the books for multiple entities and work independently
- Strong Excel skills
- Bookkeeping certification or diploma an asset.
