Goliath Grower Services is seeking energetic and adaptable individuals to join our team for a fast-paced, rewarding season in our Garden Centre!

Position Summary

Join our dynamic team for a 5–6 week seasonal pop-up Garden Centre, operating from late April to June. As a Garden Centre Associate, you’ll wear multiple hats—supporting order receiving and set-up, providing outstanding customer service, caring for live goods, handling cash at the till, and assisting with inventory control. You’ll work outdoors in a small, team-oriented team (1–2 other associates), rotating between morning, midday, and afternoon shifts. This role is physically demanding and ideal for garden lovers who thrive on variety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and set up plant and product orders

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer support

- Care for plants: watering, maintenance, and monitoring plant health





- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions

- Maintain inventory accuracy and restock displays

- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

- Passion for plants, gardening, and customer service

- Extremely reliable and punctual

- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and be on your feet for extended periods

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability

- Previous retail or Garden Centre experience is an asset
