Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming and a willingness to learn various aspects of farm operations. This role requires physical stamina, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Farm Hand will assist in the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Must have a back ground with handling large farm animals. Must be willing to relocate to the living quarters in office

Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors and power tools.
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment and tools to keep them in good working condition.
- Utilize hand tools for various farming tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required by daily farm activities.
- Operate heavy equipment safely under supervision when necessary.
- Apply basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and recording data related to farm operations.





Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Proven ability to perform maintenance tasks on machinery and tools.
- Experience operating farm machinery or heavy equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
