Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service

- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and create a memorable tasting experience.
- Guide guests through curated wine tastings, sharing the story of Amo, winemaking practices, and tasting notes.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
- Maintain a polished, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times.

Retail & Sales

- Promote and sell wines, wine club memberships, and merchandise with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Accurately process sales, tastings, and wine club sign-ups using POS systems.
- Provide guests with recommendations for wine and food pairings.
- Support retail displays by restocking and keeping the boutique neat and inviting.

Tasting Bar & Operations

- Set up and maintain the tasting bar, ensuring it is clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- Pour and serve wines according to winery standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, cleaning, and restocking.
- Support events, private tastings, and large group experiences when required.

Teamwork & Professionalism

- Work collaboratively with fellow consultants, leads,



and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Actively participate in team training sessions and staff meetings.
- Demonstrate flexibility, positivity, and professionalism during busy weekends and special events.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred (wine knowledge an asset).
- Passion for wine, food, and hospitality.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Confidence in sales and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with grace and professionalism.
- Smart Serve certification required.
- Must be 19 years of age or older

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
