We are searching for an Industrial/OEM Sales Manager who can set the cadence for a team of Industrial Account Managers — someone disciplined in coaching, reviewing plans & metrics, and keeping the team on plan and ensuring they meet their goals. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of successful sales leadership, business planning and execution within a technical workplace. .

What you’ll be doing
- You will own the budget for OEM/Industrial sales in your territory
- Responsible for driving sales culture and market share growth of the Industrial/OEM and Institutional business
- Ensures profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of Account Managers. Sets objectives, strategies and sales plans to improve short and long-term sales earnings
- Drive a culture of sales, customer retention, new business,
and customer acquisition strategies within team
- Recruit, train, and motivate team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts
What you bring to the table
- 10 years Sales Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience technical sales staff
- Strong experience with Sales Operations, Vendor Relations and Talent Management
- Demonstrates Sales Acumen through influence, negotiation, and closing deals
- Capacity to analyze sales data, market trends, and business performance
- Strategically minded with strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong technical knowledge and solid understanding of the Industrial/OEM markets
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Post-secondary education in an Electrical related discipline
- Experience with CRMs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
