Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and skilled Team Drivers and Solo Drivers for open board to join our transportation team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport freight and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to work with heavy equipment and contribute to efficient logistics operations within a energetic environment.

- Open Board Rate — $0.60 per mile
- East Coast Rate — $0.65 per mile

Duties

- Safely operate commercial trucks and freight vehicles across designated routes
- Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Assist with the operation of heavy equipment, including forklifts, to handle freight and materials
- Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to maintain vehicle functionality
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and communication with dispatch teams
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws during transportation activities
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate pickups, deliveries,



and logistical tasks efficiently

Skills

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record
- Experience minimum one year operating commercial truck and handling freight or heavy equipment
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics for troubleshooting vehicle issues
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members and dispatchers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

This position requires a dedicated professional committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Candidates should possess relevant certifications or experience in truck operation, freight handling, or heavy equipment operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
