Job Description ​We need a hands-on professional who takes pride in clean lines, flawless finishes, and precision application. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wrap films (such as 3M and Arlon), surface preparation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ​Key Responsibilities: ​Professional installation of vehicle wraps, partial wraps, color changes, and window graphics. ​Precise application of vinyl graphics to various substrates, including banners, ACM panels, acrylic, and site signs. ​Proper vehicle disassembly and reassembly (door handles, trim, bumpers, mirrors, etc.) as required for wraps. ​Surface preparation, cleaning, and post-heating to ensure long-term durability and quality control. ​Operating shop equipment, maintaining a clean and secure workspace, and adhering to strict deadlines. ​Occasional assistance with weeding, masking, and general sign production tasks.



​Requirements & Qualifications ​Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on professional experience in vinyl graphic application and vehicle wrapping. ​Location: Must currently live in Fredericton, New Brunswick (local candidates only). ​Skills: Expert knife-work (cutting on vehicle surfaces safely), familiarity with cast and calendered vinyls, and a steady hand with zero tolerance for bubbles or lifting edges. ​Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ​License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. ​What We Offer
