Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and minibar items to meet guest needs efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the hotel’s standards of hygiene.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding,



and organizing linens and towels.
- Provide friendly service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries related to room amenities or services.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work; hotel experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hospitality practices.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service.
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
