The Role:

We are currently looking to hire HVAC Technicians to our growing team. This position will play a critical role in the installations with new construction, retrofit/renovations and service work.

Standard Job Duties:

- Possessing the ability to utilize and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints and specifications to determine how and where to fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal products
- Set up power equipment, cut materials using power tools or by hand
- Ensuring that efficiency is maximized while fabricating and installing HVAC systems




- Ensuring safety is a priority on the job during all activities
- Must be proficient in service and maintenance of HVAC, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, Gas Furnaces, Fireplaces, etc. including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Must be personable and courteous to provide excellent customer service

Ideal Candidates for this Job Will Have:

- At least 4 years of HVAC experience
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstract
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Team player with proven ability to work independently and cohesively towards job completion
- Excellent communication skills and ability to professionally represent the organization with all stakeholders
- Accountable problem solver with the ability to oversee projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
