Northstar Ford Auto Group is looking for a Parts Counter Person to join our Parts Team in Fort McMurray!

7 on 7 off Shift

The Parts Technician will be responsible for providing consistently high levels of customer service, sourcing parts to shop technicians, receiving freight, ordering, performing related functions with Service work orders for Service repairs and stocking parts. This position will provide coverage within the Parts Department at multiple North Star Ford locations.

Qualifications:

· 2 years of Ford Parts Experience.

· Experience and knowledge in PBS and Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) is a must.

· Has a general understanding of automotive systems and parts.

· Has the ability to use inventory information on a computer screen and can locate parts by checking parts numbers and locating them in the bins.





· Must be alert to sales opportunities by taking the time to ask customers questions and provide information about parts and services.

· Robust verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

· Valid Driver’s License and clean abstract.
