Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and surfaces throughout the facility.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and management.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies.
- Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines while performing duties.

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Experience:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
