We are looking for a Picture Framing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients to design custom framing solutions that are both beautiful and protective. You'll use your creativity, design sense, and customer service skills to help clients select the perfect frame, matting, and finishing options for their artwork, photographs, and keepsakes.

This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of custom framing, conservation techniques, and design while working on a wide variety of interesting projects. Previous framing experience is an asset, but we are happy to provide training to the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

- Consult with customers to understand their framing needs and design preferences.
- Recommend frame, mat, and glass options that complement and protect each piece.
- Accurately measure artwork and prepare custom framing orders.
- Assemble and finish custom frames with precision and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through project completion.




- Maintain an organized, clean, and qualified work environment.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A good eye for color, design, and aesthetics.
- Accurate measuring and basic mathematical skills.
- Basic knowledge of art is considered an asset.
- Experience with custom picture framing, conservation framing, frame assembly, and finishing is an asset but not required.

Hours

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

No evening shifts. No Sunday work.

Pay: $16.75-$17.75 per hour
