In this energetic role, you'll operate specialized tow trucks to assist stranded motorists, recover vehicles from challenging situations, and ensure safe transportation of vehicles to designated locations. Responsibilities

- Safely operate tow trucks equipped with hydraulic lifts, winches, and other recovery tools to assist with vehicle towing and roadside assistance.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, providing effective and courteous service to customers in various situations such as breakdowns, accidents, or vehicle impoundments.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after towing to assess damage, ensure proper securing, and document conditions accurately.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues or assist with basic automotive repairs when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, customers,



and emergency responders to coordinate safe vehicle recovery operations.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to protect yourself, colleagues, and the public.
- Keep detailed records of all towing activities, including logs of locations, times, vehicle conditions, and services provided.

Requirements

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving or automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and basic repair techniques.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, perform vehicle inspections, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly during roadside emergencies.
