JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Server plays an essential role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during weddings, conferences, corporate functions, and special events. This position is responsible for event set-up, food and beverage service, and ensuring every guest receives attentive, professional, and memorable service. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare banquet spaces by setting up tables, linens, décor, and service stations for a variety of events.
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, and dietary accommodations.
- Clear, reset,



and maintain banquet spaces throughout service and assist with event tear-down.
- Respond professionally to guest requests and work collaboratively with the Banquets team to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold Tigh-Na-Mara's professional service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is considered an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail with a positive, guest-focused attitude
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays and banquet equipment, and perform repetitive tasks
- Professional appearance with a commitment to exceptional guest service
