Farms, Furbabies & Friends Preschool is looking for a caring and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
Our program offers a unique early learning experience in both an indoor and outdoor setting for children ages 3-6yrs. Our program is proud to be located in the heart of Red Deer, Alberta at the Sunnybrook Farm Museum. We offer a variety of farm based activities and homesteading practices for kiddos with curious personalities and big hearts.
If you are a community minded, patient and caring qualified with a growth mindset; you have a background in early childhood education, we are wanting to hear from you.

Skills Required:
* Approach to programming: FLIGHT: Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework
* Cooperative lesson plan preparation and implementation
* Ability to relate well with children, parents, colleagues and community.
* Farming background: farm animals, gardening and homesteading practices is an asset.
* Ability to lift or push a minimum of 25lbs and carry out daily housekeeping schedules.
* Responsible for the opening and closing of the Museum and childcare centre as needed.
* Ability to supervise and manage children throughout outdoor activities throughout all seasons.
